5. 14 Pounds
I think everyone puts "lose weight" on their new year’s resolution list. I wonder what the percentage of people who achieve that goal is? I know I have had it on my lists before. This year I am setting my goal at 14 lbs. It really doesn't seem like a lot, just over 1 lb per month, but it would be something and a goal I know I could hit. I have a treadmill that I had a good habit of working out on, but in the past few months the time on the treadmill has decreased. Nothing like a new year for the new habit. 2014 minutes is 33.57 hours, part of this goal will be to work out on my treadmill 2014 minutes per month; just a little over 1 hour per day. If I do that, continue to eat right and other exercise-Good Bye 14 + pounds!

In February I had my annual physical
