Lose 16 pounds
I often think that losing weight is the most popular new years resolution. Perhaps it is equally popular in the most not kept. I am guilty of it. Making healthy choices is the best way to drop a few pounds. In 2015 I had my life schedule change and I had to juggle eating habits. I started working at 3:00am, by 5:00am I was having "lunch", but wasn't eating dinner until about 5:00 pm and maybe snacks (not always healthy). This year I want to try to keep a balance of nutritious food and keeping active.
UPDATE: I did well dropping 16 pounds, sadly it didn't stay off. I think being constantly tired from my stoke I lack the motivation to excersise like I should. Goal for 2017 is going to be keeping off the 17 pounds and finding way to excersise and get my energy back.
