When I stepped on the scale for this month when I was very excited! I had reached what they call on Biggest Loser "One-derland" on the show every time someone gets below 200 pounds for the first time you see their excitement. I felt that same way even though it was just 2 pounds below. With two months gone in that year I am down 6 pounds to goal of at least 15 for the year.
I started a new job at the end of February and I'm using that also as motivation to control what I eat by packing lunch and not falling into the trap of "let me grab fast food because it is convenient" Also during my breaks I make sure I walk up and down the five flights of stairs; I do that a minimum of three times per day. The first time I started doing the stairs on day one and it reminded me of doing the Fight for Air Climb last year. I will admit the first few times I was breathing pretty heavy coming up the stairs, now I feel I can walk up them without breathing is hard.
During the first two days of training I had my IDs constantly and noticed my drivers license expires in September; My goal is to be at the weight that has been on my license for years -180 lbs.
