I wasn't quite sure what the scale would hold for me this month because life changed a bit in March. In March I finished my classroom training of my new job and started my on the job training. The on the job training has required a 180 degree shift in my life pattern; I go to bed at 8:30pm and get up at 2:00am to start work at 3:30am. I am having "lunch" at 7:30am I haven't figured out if I should be eating breakfast foods or lunch foods. (For the record, lunch foods) My goal throughout training was to bring my own lunches and I have done that everyday. I find it helps with portion control.
I will take the three pounds. Total lost: 9 lbs. Total Still Needed to Reach Goal: 6
